I had a quiet night in a comfy room with great lighting, and the cleanliness was noticeable right away. The outdoor pool was a nice way to relax after a long drive, and there were plenty of lounge chairs around. Just a heads up, it would be better if they stocked some toiletries like shampoo, but overall, I would definitely stay here again. 😊

We explored Gatlinburg and the Knoxville Civic Auditorium while enjoying a comfy stay. The room was clean, spacious for all our gear, and perfectly located near great food spots. If you're looking for a no-fuss place, this is it! Definitely recommend for a fun getaway!
Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly at check-in, which put a little damper on things. We just expected a more welcoming vibe.

It was just a decent option for a short weekend trip in Knoxville with very good value for money. Clean room, but the bathroom was outdated and could use some renovations. Bring your own toiletries, as they weren't very impressive.

Perfect match for a weekend escape in Knoxville with good value for money. The friendly lady at the front desk made check-in a breeze. Make sure to bring your own coffee maker, as there’s none in the room.

A culinary jaunt through Knoxville led me to the delight of Amigo's & Beer Mexican Grill—killer tacos that hit the spot! Plus, the spot's location was solid for hitting up local concert life, just a quick ride to the Civic Auditorium. Fun times, for sure!
While the room had the basics, I was bummed about only getting one key at check-in. That’s just not the vibe I’m used to. Plus, the front desk guy could’ve used a lesson in warmth to match the Southern hospitality I was hoping for!

The community kitchenette was a nice touch even if it meant no in-room fridge. I appreciated the quietness of the hotel which allowed for a restful sleep.
The lack of credit card payment options for the vending machine was inconvenient.
